1. These terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Posterit UK online store and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment already taken.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days (handling) and deliver within 4–7 business days in total (handling + 3–5 business days transit). See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns & cancellations
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how this works.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
