Returns & refunds at a glance

Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Posterit UK Ltd, 12 Sample Street, EC1A 1AA London, United Kingdom, support@posterituk.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Extended returns — 30 days
On top of your statutory right to cancel, we voluntarily accept returns within 30 days of delivery on the same terms. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
How to start a return
Email us at support@posterituk.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are cancelling.
Refunds
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (not any extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose). We make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back or, if earlier, the day you provide evidence that you have returned them. Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the purchase. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — we may reduce the refund for handling beyond what’s needed to check the goods.
Return shipping
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply (30-day right to reject, then repair or replacement). Contact us at support@posterituk.com and we cover the return cost for faulty or incorrect items.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
