Series 4 vs Series 6 — what changes

The range splits into two lines: Series 4 and Series 6. The main practical differences are drum capacity and a small feature step-up.

Series 4 — 8 kg

Three Series 4 models are available, all white and all rated for 8 kg loads. The WTH85225GB and WTH85223GB share the same capacity; the WTH85225GB also comes in a Display condition option at a lower price point. An 8 kg drum suits a household of two to three people doing regular washes.

Series 6 — 9 kg

The Series 6 models step up to a 9 kg drum, which handles larger family loads more comfortably. You can choose the WQG24509GB in white — including a Display condition version — or the WQG245R9GB in graphite if the finish matters for your laundry room. The Series 6 also has a slightly wider sensor-drying programme selection compared to Series 4.
