Which Model Fits Your Needs?

The three models cover different load sizes and energy ratings, so the right choice depends on how much laundry you do and how much you want to spend to run it.

• Beko BM3T3822 — 8kg, A+ energy: A solid choice for one or two people, or anyone with limited space. The A+ rating means running costs are reasonable without going to the top of the range.
• Beko B5T4923I — 9kg, A++ energy, IronFinish™, Graphite: The mid-size option with the highest energy rating of the three. The IronFinish™ programme reduces creasing during the drying cycle, which cuts down on ironing time for shirts and blouses. It also comes in graphite rather than white, which suits some kitchens.
• Beko BM3T31233W — 12kg, E energy, White: The largest capacity here at 12kg, which works well for bigger households or anyone who washes bulky items like duvets and bedding regularly. The E energy rating is lower than the other two models, but the larger drum means fewer loads overall.

A Note on Heat Pump Dryers

Heat pump dryers take a little longer per cycle than vented models, but they dry at gentler temperatures, which is easier on fabrics over time. They do not need an external vent — just a power socket — so they work in most rooms. The condenser tank needs emptying after each use unless you plumb it into a drain.
