Shipping conditions

1. Delivery area: We ship to United Kingdom.
2. Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders.
3. Processing time: We prepare your order for shipment within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
4. Delivery time: After handover to DPD UK, delivery takes 3–5 business days. The total time from processing to delivery is 4–7 business days.
5. Carrier: Orders are shipped via DPD UK as a standard parcel.
6. Tracking: As soon as your order is handed over to DPD UK, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
7. Order cut-off: Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a business day (Mon–Sat) are usually processed the same working day.
8. Availability: All listed items are available to order unless stated otherwise. Items that are out of stock are marked accordingly.
9. Transport damage: Please document any visible transport damage at delivery where possible and contact us at support@posterituk.com. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
10. Lost parcels: If tracking shows no progress for several business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@posterituk.com with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
